Financial Balance
This page will not be updated anymore. The requirement to publish the financial balance, given on this page, was based on the Report on Transparency, which was replaced by the EU Transparency Regulation No. 543/2013. Therein, in Art. 17.1.i the publication of the financial expenses and income are described, and the data is made available centrally for all TSOs on the ENTSO-E transparency platform.
While the financial balance only considers activation costs and balancing group payments, the financial expenses and income also include the costs of the balancing reserves. Therefore, both publications lead to different values.

Amprion uses for the balancing of the balancing groups control power and invoices it towards the balancing group managers. The following table shows the monthly costs and resulting revenues. Not included are the costs of control capacity.
