Fitch Ratings affirms “BBB+” rating for Amprion GmbH

The transmission system operator Amprion was rated “BBB+” with a stable outlook by the rating agency Fitch Ratings. This affirms the current rating.

The affirmation is based on i.a. a continuing reliable regulatory framework and further expected support from shareholders. The rating also reflects the company's capex plan and expected increase of funds from operations (FFO) net leverage, which currently will be offset by sufficient expected headroom under its net debt / regulated asset base (RAB).
