Please note:
The INTRADAY CAPACITY ALLOCATION RULES have been specified more precisely with the acknowledgment of Bundesnetzagentur in respect of Article 2.05 Suspension, withdrawal and termination of User’s participation by the TSOs and Article 3.02 Intraday Capacity Request and Intraday Capacity Allocation. The specified rules will come into force on 1st of August 2012. The existing Statement of acceptance will remain valid and therefore needs no renewal.

Long term auctions
The yearly auction 2009 and the monthly auctions are operated by CASC.EU. Bids concerning the afore mentioned auctions shall be submitted exclusively to CASC.EU. Since 1.1.2012 the “Rules for Capacity Allocation by Explicit Auctions (Version 1.0) within Central West Europe Region (CWE), Central South Europe Region (CSE) and Switzerland“ apply.
